Hamim Ahmed is a talented and dedicated martial artist who has made a name for himself in the world of karate. As a Black Belt 1st Dan certified by the Bangladesh Karate Federation (BKF), he has demonstrated exceptional skills and a strong commitment to his craft. His journey in martial arts is marked by numerous achievements at both national and international levels, showcasing his passion and hard work.

Hamim began his competitive journey by excelling in local championships, securing gold medals in the 1st Pinnacle Karate Championship 2024, the Narsingdi Sports Association District Championship, and the Narsingdi District Sports Office Championship. These victories established him as a formidable competitor in Kumite, a category where he consistently shines.

His talents extend beyond the local stage. At the 2nd Open Championship 2023 in Kathmandu, Nepal, he earned a silver medal in Kumite and a bronze medal in Kata, proving his mettle on the international platform. He further added to his international accolades at the 25th Boongobhumi International Karate Championship 2024, where he won a bronze medal in Kata. His participation in the 1st Friendship Beach Karate Championship 2021 in Cox’s Bazar also earned him a bronze medal in Kata.

In addition to his competitive success, Hamim serves as the International Affairs Secretary and ICT, playing a vital role in fostering global connections and promoting the sport of karate. His dedication to martial arts extends beyond personal achievement, as he actively contributes to the growth and development of the karate community.

As the International Affairs Secretary and ICT Coordinator, it is my honor and privilege to connect the Bangladesh karate community with the global martial arts arena. My role is dedicated to fostering relationships with international karate organizations, coaches, and athletes, ensuring that our martial artists gain exposure to the highest standards of training and competition.

Karate is more than just a sport—it is a discipline that teaches resilience, respect, and unity. Through international collaborations, I aim to create opportunities for Bangladeshi athletes to participate in world-class championships and training programs, enabling them to showcase their talent on a global platform.

My responsibility also includes inviting renowned international coaches to share their expertise with our athletes and promoting Bangladesh as a hub for martial arts excellence. These efforts not only enhance the skills of our athletes but also strengthen the bonds of friendship and cultural exchange through karate.

As we move forward, I am committed to ensuring that our athletes are equipped with the knowledge, resources, and opportunities to achieve their dreams. Together, we will continue to elevate the standard of karate in Bangladesh and inspire the next generation of martial artists to reach even greater heights.
